"Going through Leadership Oklahoma is an eye-opening experience to the diversity of our state. From Guymon to Broken Bow, we heard similar themes by our host communities and its residents. Our people define the "Oklahoma Standard" by their grit of endurance and tenacity to overcome obstacles or challenges that faced them. Taking the time to listen, collaborate and compromise will lead Oklahoma toward its greatest days ever!" -- Lyle L. Roggow, Duncan, Duncan Area Economic Development Foundation, Class 30 and Lifetime Member.

Board of Director Donation

Annually, those serving on LOK’s Board of Directors are asked to donate $350 to support the mission and vision of LOK.  Through their leadership, LOK will continue to be a vibrant and valuable organization.

Leadership Oklahoma has provided educational opportunities for both adults and youth that increase awareness of issues and encourage positive action for the betterment of our state.   Your donation, in addition to the membership dues that you’ve already given, will help LOK deliver on its mission, “Oklahoma Leaders Making Oklahoma the Leader”.

In its 31-year history, LOK has graduated over 1,520 Oklahoma leaders from its program, and over 71% of those graduates are still active in the organization.  We are about collaborating, connecting with others, and working for the betterment of Oklahoma in every sector of our economy.

We ask you to please continue your support of Leadership Oklahoma, by contributing to our general fund.  Leadership must happen in all levels of organizations to move our state forward. Leadership Oklahoma graduates are uniquely positioned to continue making a huge impact on Oklahoma’s future.

YOUTH Leadership Oklahoma

In 2001 Leadership Oklahoma conducted extensive research to create a model youth program unlike any other in the country. It was important that the program be designed to be educational and inspiring and to instill in our young leaders a hope, pride and responsibility for Oklahoma’s future. The result was YLOK and a week-long journey each summer across the state that introduces high school students between their junior and senior years to the  leaders, issues, resources and cultural treasures of Oklahoma.  To date, over 875 students from over 236 schools have participated in the program. Many have called the experience life-changing.
